An item is out of stock, what should I do?

When an item is out of stock you can subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram so you don't miss the next restocks.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments secured by Stripe, PayPal payments but also Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide (USA, Canada, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia).

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free for purchases over €80. The standard rate is €4.90 for mainland France, €4.90 for Europe and €9.90 for the rest of the world.

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email yet?

When we receive your order, our system will send you an order confirmation email directly with a summary of your items and your order number. Please remember to check your spam folder or verify that you have entered the correct email address when placing your order.

What is the shipping time for orders?

When we receive your order we do everything we can to ship it as quickly as possible. Items marked IN STOCK are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Items marked PRE-ORDER are shipped within 20 to 25 business days.

Will I have to pay customs fees or other additional charges?

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. If this is the case, please email us to resolve the situation at info@rvxtudio.xyz.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery is made within 7 working days after receiving the shipping email.

Who delivers?

Delivery is made by your local post office.

When is my package delivered? What if I'm not there?

Your package is delivered during office hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the postman will leave the package in the mailbox or if there is no access, you will have to pick up the package at your local post office.

How do I track my package?

A tracking number is attached to the shipping confirmation email. It will be used to track your package around the world. To track your package, use our package tracking software .

I haven't received my package. What should I do?

You have 30 days (from shipping) to receive it. Beyond 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience.

I received a damaged item? What should I do?

We are sincerely sorry that your item does not suit you. Contact our customer support by email info@rvxstudio.xyz to find a solution to your problem.

What size should I take?

All cuts and size guides are indicated directly on the product pages. Some of our items are normal size and others are oversized. Please refer to them.

How do I take care of my RVXSTUDIO clothing?

Please refer to the washing label inside each garment. We always recommend washing cold or at 30 degrees maximum to avoid damaging the garments.

How can I get more information about an item?

Can I modify or cancel an order?

When you place an order, the information is sent directly to our logistics center. We give you 1 hour to modify or cancel an order by email to info@rvxstudio.xyz.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received anything, what should I do?

Please contact us by email at info@rvxstudio.xyz to find a solution to your problem.

I would like to make a return and be reimbursed, how do I do this?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it if and only if the item is received defective or the error is ours. Please contact us by email at info@rvxstudio.xyz to do so.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unsoiled. Once your return is made, our team will take care to check these conditions.

You will then be reimbursed within 5 to 10 working days.

I would just like to make an exchange, how do I do it?

You can make an exchange within 14 days if and only if the item is still in stock and sizes can be exchanged. Please send an email to info@rvxstudio.xyz to confirm that the requested size is still available.
