RETURNS & EXCHANGES
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU CAN RETURN IT WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.
To send back your order, please use our returns portal.
Please make sure to follow the return conditions below:

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

The request must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date).

All items must be returned in their original condition (tags, packaging, etc.).

Any damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse any return after reviewing your request.

We are not responsible for any incorrect address provided by the customer.

Any return sent to a pickup point cannot be processed.

If the returned items do not meet hygiene standards, the customer must pay reshipping fees or the items will be destroyed within 10 days from the notification of return refusal.

RETURN POLICY
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.
A. CANCELLATION POLICY
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE PARCEL WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS.
THE CANCELLATION PERIOD IS FOURTEEN DAYS FROM THE DAY ON WHICH YOU OR A THIRD PARTY DESIGNATED BY YOU WHO IS NOT THE CARRIER TAKES POSSESSION OF THE GOODS.
IF YOU RETURN YOUR ORDER, WE WILL REFUND ALL PAYMENTS WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOU, EXCLUDING DELIVERY COSTS, IMMEDIATELY AND AT THE LATEST WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS OF VALIDATING YOUR RETURN.
TO REFUND YOU, WE WILL USE STORE CREDITS, UNLESS SOMETHING ELSE HAS BEEN EXPRESSLY AGREED WITH YOU;
NO REFUND CHARGE. WE CAN REFUSE THE REFUND UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED AND VALIDATED THE GOODS.
TO MAKE A RETURN, USE THE RETURNS PORTAL.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE GOODS.
IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM (MISSING INFOS) WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.
PLEASE KEEP THE PAPER WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER / YOUR NAME / WEIGHT OF THE PARCEL THAT THE POST OFFICE GIVES YOU WHEN SENDING A PARCEL AS PROOF OF RETURN.
B. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- THE CLOTHES MUST BE FOLDED, CLEAN, UNWASHED, UNWORN AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
- THEY MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE THANK YOU CARD, STICKERS AND KEYCHAIN.
A HUMAN CHECK WILL BE MADE ON EACH PARCEL RECEIVED TO ENSURE THAT IT COMPLIES WITH OUR RETURN CONDITIONS ABOVE.
